Integration with Shopify

Manual istallation

1. Log in to your Shopify account.
2. In the left menu, select Online Store.
3. On the following screen, navigate to Themes.
4. Next, click the ellipsis symbol (...) in the top right corner, and select Edit HTML/CSS.
5. On the following screen, under Layout folder, click on file theme.liquid
6. Paste ChatPirate’s code snippet before the closing </body> tag
7. Click Save

ChatPirate’s code snippet can be found by accessing your ChatPirate account and navigating to: Settings > Integrations > Website.

Automatic istallation

1. Log in to your Shopify account.
2. Navigate to the Apps tab
3. Click on Visit the App Store at the bottom of the screen
4. On the following perform a search for the term “ChatPirate”
5. Access ChatPirate app’s page
6. Click Get
7. Confirm the installation by clicking Install App
8. Log in to your ChatPirate account or sign up for a new one.

Now you’ve successfully integrated ChatPirate with your Shopify store. Hurray!
